Ratmir Timashev

Mr. Timashev is co-founder and President of AMUST Software, an international software development company. Previously, Mr. Timashev co-founded and led Aelita Software to its acquisition by Quest Software for over US$ 115 million in March 2004. Aelita Software is the leading provider of systems and infrastructure management solutions for enterprise Windows environments. Among Aelita Software customers are more than 70% of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. He then served as General Manager of Microsoft Business Unit at Quest Software. Mr. Timashev holds a master's degree in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a master's degree in Chemical Physics from the Ohio State University.

Andrei Baronov

Dr. Baronov is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of AMUST Software. As one of the world's most knowledgeable Windows expert, he oversees all aspects of product development at the company. Dr. Baronov was Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Aelita Software. He holds a PhD in Physics and Technology from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Yakov Sadchikov

President & CEO, Director

Mr. Sadchikov, co-founder of Quintura, has eleven years of experience in venture capital, private equity investment and technology business. Mr. Sadchikov founded an online M&A database service for investment bankers and has also advised private groups on strategic investments. Mr. Sadchikov also worked in product management at VimpelCom (Beeline) as well as in a major private equity fund in Moscow. Mr. Sadchikov studied economics and finance at the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP) in Almaty. Mr. Sadchikov graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the A.F. Mozhaisky Military Space Engineering Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia and has Master of Space Studies from the International Space University (ISU) in Strasbourg, France.

Alexander Ershov

Mr. Ershov, co-founder of Quintura, is an expert in neural networks and artificial intelligence, who has been developing data search and knowledge management software applications for the last ten years. Mr. Ershov co-founded and served as Technical Director of an Internet service provider in the Moscow region. Mr. Ershov is a graduate in Software Development from the Engineering Institute in Krasnodar, Russia and is a PhD candidate in Psychology at the Moscow Pedagogical University with a thesis on web user behavior.

Rustam Gafurov

Mr. Gafurov, co-founder of Quintura, is an expert in neural networks and artificial intelligence, who has been developing data search and knowledge management software applications for the last ten years.
